This trailer is equipped with electric over hydraulic disc brakes, good tires, power hitch jack, newer Fantastic rain closing ceiling vent, newer kitchen sink, newer dinette seat covers, recently replaced holding tank drain valves, newer propane bottles and regulator, 25" HD LCD TV, Winegard rooftop retractable satellite antenna.  AC is OK, furnace however is dismantled for repair and has had a newer blower motor replaced, the current owner installed a LP space heater, refrigerator is 110v electric only household type, and finally the fresh water storage tank leaks and needs to be replaced but other plumbing OK.  The awning is newer however the winding mechanism needs minor repair.
