I built this car for my ex-girlfriend and spared no expense doing so. The car is intended as a weekend "play toy" that could be driven to and from from work locally, if needed. The exterior of the car is exceptionally clean. The engine bay has been custom painted. It too, is exceptionally clean. The original 1.5ltr engine that this car came with was replaced with a much larger powerplant from a 1990 Honda Accord, then was completely altered (bored and stroked to 2.44ltrs) to produce over 300 horsepower. The transmission was sourced from a 2000 Honda Accord Euro R (only available outside of the USA), then that transmission received a complete "make over" so it would be suited to handle the duties of daily use and weekend fun! The interior is in great shape too. the interior seats were upgraded to "special edition" black leather front and rear. Because of the intended purpose of this car, It was purchaced without AC or power steering. This is the way it came stock from the Honda factory.
I have to mention that this car is not your "average fast and furious Honda" It is much more serious of a car than a kid's toy. It it idles slightly rough due to the big camshaft and shifting the synchroless gearbox is noisy. The gearbox is similliar to a motorcycle's gearbox in operation. The car is more like a wolf in sheeps clothing. Many Corvettes and Mustangs have fallen victim to judging this car on appearance only.
