This is my second A122. Bought on impulse for the color. Use the other one for recording and gigging. Beautiful flame top over (looks like) ash. Never gigged. Frets perfect. Just set up - have $60 receipt. Designed by Keith Brawley of Fender fame and built in Korea in 2001. He ran into business problems so these are by definition potential collectors items. Workmanship second to none. Wilkinson tremelo, locking tuners, graphite nut, Alnico V pickups - Semour Duncan clones which were probably made by them. Five way switching, Dunlap strap locks. Substantial, comfortable neck with good action. Sold my Fender Strat when I encountered this sound. Very bright and versitile sounds using switching and tone control - from Stevie Ray to screaming Rock to Blues to great Country twang. Listed for $650 with street price around $500 back in the day. No case. (Universal strat cases can be found inexpensively around town.) Go to Harmony Central for reviews. All 5-star! Jim
